The Buckarettes: Photos
- We got a great write up in our local Albuquerque the Magazine. We were voted "Best of Albuquerque, 2005"! Love this pic taken by Liz Lopez......

- This is Amy Blackburn, our new Baby Buckarette with proud Katie at her side.

- Here we are playing one of our favorite venues at Solid Grounds Coffeehouse.

- We had to get up early one Saturday morning for this gig. It was well worth it--a recognition breakfast for Habitat for Humanity.

- Here we are at Gary Roller's brand new outdoor stage in beautiful Placitas, NM. That's Gary on bass, and check out that crazy table pedal steel that Auge Hays is playing!

- That sly DJ is singing something about those birds and the bees.....hmmmmmmmm!

- Jared Putnam on bass. He doesn't bow it or pluck it--he just slaps it!!

- This is our first album. Great CD cover!! Great CD! We're on our 3rd thousand since its release!

- The four original Buckarettes

- Debra Jean Parker Harris - Original Buckarette (and we do mean ORIGINAL!!), vocals, hip shake -- and character extraordinaire!! Voted "Best Vanna White impersonation", 1998

- Katie Gill - Original Buckarette, vocals, rhythm guitar, present Buckie manager and sweet disposition.....HAH!

- Susan Hyde Holmes - Original but retired Buckie, vocals, stand-up bass, album cover design, co-producer of our first "Buckarettes" album, band manager and promoter, creative resource and inventor of Buckarette Botox. What would we have done without her?

- Auge Hays - Another original Buckie (they broke the mold after he was born!) manly vocals, pedal steel, dobro, harmonica, Oahu and Auge Lama wisdom for Buckarette therapy!

- This was taken in Creede, CO after a very well received concert. The guy is John Egenes, who filled in when Auge couldn't make the gigs. What a true trooper Buckarette he became! Plays everything with strings amazingly well & so very sweet to boot!

- John Egenes showing off........see why we like him so well?

- The Gun Show Expo at the State Fairgrounds--That's Susan Clark on accordion. Jared Putnam is on bass. They are both extremely talented and we're so lucky to have them with us!

- No bull! That's a steer. Katie is wondering why she was the lucky one to be chosen to mount the beast........
